Refund policy

The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right to return only applies to new, unused products. We recommend that you take care of the product and the accessories, instructions and, of course, the product packaging that come with it until you have decided to keep the product. The buyer is legally liable for impairment if he has used the product.

Before returning the goods, please contact Top-Cousins ​​Oy's customer service by phone on 010 720 3232 or by e-mail at tilaukset@topcousins.fi. Customer service will give instructions for the approved return of the product.

Once the refund has been approved and processed, the money will be refunded / refunded as required by the chosen payment method.
